  • Crossfit Babies: Elaine Joleen, AKA Lainey/Lainie (not sure on the spelling), born Thursday, August 27th, 4lbs 9oz. They had to take the baby early because her heartrate was irregular. Lisa and baby are doing great and actually came home yesterday! YAY!! Sorry for not posting it sooner.

    Another update: my dad was moved from ICU to a regular room yesterday. He is doing well, will try to get out of bed a little bit today. He is supposed to go home to my house tomorrow but his heart keeps going back to an abnormal rythm so i’m not sure what is going to happen. I am getting ready to go u there and hopefully will find out more. Feel free to call me on my cell, if I can’t talk I will call you back. I think Tim is going to workout tonight but I may spend the night at the hospital. I miss you all very much!!!

    Brought my dad home today, he is doing fine. I hope to start the week off with a workout but we’ll see. If I am comfortable leaving him I will be there! Thanks Mark, how are you doing?
