  • Crossfit Babies: Elaine Joleen, AKA Lainey/Lainie (not sure on the spelling), born Thursday, August 27th, 4lbs 9oz. They had to take the baby early because her heartrate was irregular. Lisa and baby are doing great and actually came home yesterday! YAY!! Sorry for not posting it sooner.

KRISTY’S B-DAY CELEBRATION!!!!!!!!

We are celebrating Kristy’s birthday Saturday, July 25th at Steve’s in Tega Cay/Ft Mill, SC around 7:30PM.  Everyone’s invited so please come out and join us!!

    I can’t believe that I’m going to miss another party. Well I’ve officially relocated to Utah. Yesterday I rented a condo and will live here entire year. I’ve a spare bedroom if anyone is interested in visiting.
    My trip to Alaska was great and I’m going to write up a summary of my experience and post it on http://www.mtschindler.com/blog – so if you have nothing better to do check it out.
    Shelly – I’m glad your dad is home and doing well.
    I need to start thinking about getting in shape before the ski season, but with all the fitness crazy people here that shouldn’t be too hard. Please keep in touch
