  • Crossfit Babies: Elaine Joleen, AKA Lainey/Lainie (not sure on the spelling), born Thursday, August 27th, 4lbs 9oz. They had to take the baby early because her heartrate was irregular. Lisa and baby are doing great and actually came home yesterday! YAY!! Sorry for not posting it sooner.

Saturday Girls Night

This Saturday, going to Macs on South Blvd.  6pm for drinks and 7pm for dinner.  I posted on the CFC site as well.  We can car pool if you would like.  We can meet at my office around 5:30-5:45.   Thought it would be fun to get out of Fort Mill, but we can always head back this way before we get too out of control!!  Hope to see you guys Saturday.

    Ok x-fit peeps, I am going to loose my mind (not to mention my awesome x-fit body! lol). My Dad is having surgery on Tues., he has 6 blockages and will probably be in surgery 4-5 hrs. I’m pretty nervous but hanging in there. My step brother is coming into town on Sat. he is training for the Navy Seals. I am going to try to bring him to a WOD while he is here. I’m sure he will kick our asses but it will take my mind off of things for a little while. I appreciate all the thoughts and prayers…keep them coming!!!
