  • Crossfit Babies: Elaine Joleen, AKA Lainey/Lainie (not sure on the spelling), born Thursday, August 27th, 4lbs 9oz. They had to take the baby early because her heartrate was irregular. Lisa and baby are doing great and actually came home yesterday! YAY!! Sorry for not posting it sooner.

Tim, hope your shoulder is getting better.  If you get a chance call me.  I need your address to get your bike back.  I have been brining it to class, but both of us are on the injured list so I don’t know when I will see you.
