  • Crossfit Babies: Elaine Joleen, AKA Lainey/Lainie (not sure on the spelling), born Thursday, August 27th, 4lbs 9oz. They had to take the baby early because her heartrate was irregular. Lisa and baby are doing great and actually came home yesterday! YAY!! Sorry for not posting it sooner.

Where is everyone?

OK – are you guys still here? No one is posting anything – are you still exercising?

I’m getting in shape doing core classes at the local Rec Center – I’m very weak compared to some women who are in the same class. Ski season starts on the 5th of December and I hope it’s going to be a good one.
