I started this blog so we can keep track of our progress and also have a outlet for frustration and soreness Cross Fit is causing – I hurt in places I didn’t know I had and can’t reach.

My goal was to get in a better shape for the ski season so I can keep up with regimen of hard skiing 7 days a week in all snow conditions and terrain with all types of skiers including 12 year old experts who want to ski trees, bumps and double black slopes exclusively – so far it exceeded my expectations. I met a lot of nice people, got Ann excited in working out and I’m on my way to the best shape I was in since I don’t even remember when.
